At the first launch of Korredo it is recommended to configure the following:
If you are using MS Test, then you need to configure the Visual Test Console settings.
If you want support for shared checklists and offline chat messages:
In the Known hosts tab from the settings form, you might want to enter a friendly name for your machine name and maybe add other agents and their friendly name (the agents needs to be in the same network and use the same network mask)
For package shared templates, enter a shared network location in the field “Path to store templates“. Any changes done in this folder applies for all the Korredo GUI clients
Add the port 62345 as an exception in your firewall (inbound + outbound)
- Go to settings and enter the URL in the field Site URL for offline messages
- In the Korredo root folder, you will find a folder named php. Copy all files to that address (Apache required). No database or installation is required, but Apache needs to have permissions rights to modify the checklist.txt file, or to create folders & files. For more details please check the dedicated sections for chat and checklist.
